What is a Wind Mitigation inspection?
A Wind Mitigation inspection is performed by a qualified inspector gathering and documenting information on a Florida standardized form. Photos will be taken and submitted with the report including all product labels, etching or product approvals and/or Notice of Acceptance to document hurricane rated opening protection.

Do I need to have hurricane shutters to qualify for these discounts?
No. Many other construction features can also qualify.
What will the inspector be looking for?
Our licensed Inspectors will be checking, photographing and documenting these specific categories:

How long does the inspection take?
The entire inspection will only take between 20 and 45 minutes at most.
Do I need to be home for this inspection?
Yes, someone over the age of 18 must be present. Our inspector will need access into the property, along with clear access to the attic/crawl space.
4-Point Inspection
What is a 4-Point Inspection?
A Four-Point Inspection (4-point insurance inspection) is typically performed for a homeowner when requested by their insurance company. This is often a requirement when obtaining a new insurance policy or renewing an existing policy, for properties that are 30 years or older.
What are the Four Points in the inspection?
The Four Point Insurance Inspection consists of a visual survey of the following four primary components:
- Roof
- Electrical
- HVAC System
- Plumbing
How long does the inspection take?
The entire inspection will only take between 30 and 45 minutes at most.
Do I need to be home for this inspection?
Yes, someone over the age of 18 must be present. Our inspector will need access into the property as well as having clear access to the electrical panel, water heater and AC unit.
Roof Certification
What is a Roof Certification?
A qualified inspector will meticulously examine your roof. He will document the types of materials used for your roofing, while noting if repairs are needed. After a thorough visual assessment of the roof, the inspector will determine, and estimate, the remaining life expectancy of your roof.
How long does the inspection take?
The entire inspection will only take between 20 and 45 minutes at most.
Do I need to be home for this inspection?
No. As long as there are no signs of leaks or water damage inside the home. The inspector will need access to all exterior sides of the building/home, for complete roof assessment.

We require payment, to the inspector, at the time of the inspection (or you may pay the office prior to the inspection).

How long will it take to receive my report(s)?
We know your time is important to you. We offer FAST turnaround times. Our reports are sent out within 24-48 hours after completing your inspection(s).
How will I receive my report(s)?
All reports and photos are sent electronically, in PDF format, via email (as required by insurance companies) to you and your agent or designee.
Do you offer re-inspections?
We offer a discounted re-inspection fee for up to one year from the original inspection date. This will include an updated electronic report and new photos, for you and your insurance agent.
